With uploaded documents, the button works a little differently. When the toggle switch is green, the document shows up at the very bottom of the page. When the toggle is red, the document doesn't show up at the bottom of the page; however, it is still visible to users who click on a link to the document or already have the URL.
Whenever you update a document or image, the component will toggle back on even if you had previously turned it off.
